Chapter 8

She’d been buzzing with nerves all night, but dinner hadn’t been as bad as she’d expected. With her sexy outfit and the wig to disguise her she’d felt more than a little like a femme fatale. Something about it had made her braver, but always in the back of her mind she’d been aware that tonight would be her first night with Mitch.

Her first scene. Probably her first spanking too, though she didn’t entirely know what he had planned. She was scared, but it wasn’t the kind of fear that came with dread. It was the kind that came with excited anticipation.

She wanted this. She was more than ready for it. Over the past few weeks, she’d fantasized about it almost nonstop. There’d been an insidious feeling of doubt that made her stomach clench and insisted that it was never really going to happen. That he’d get bored with the courtship before they actually got anywhere.

But it hadn’t happened. The fact that Mitch had taken charge of their relationship helped in a way. It was so obvious that he was doing exactly what he wanted to do, and he was the one who was dragging things out to build up the anticipation. If it had been up to her, they would have ended up in bed together a while back and all of her past baggage would have been forgotten—at least until the morning after.

He’d waited until she was truly ready for the next step and she’d found that both frustrating and endearing. But she’d survived the wait and now, finally, she was going to get to experience the real thing. On the way back to the hotel she hadn’t been able to settle, but there were no doubts just eagerness and curiosity about how things would play out.

When they arrived, he took her straight to the bedroom and that was when it really felt like she was giving over control. Her mouth went dry, and she licked her lips nervously as he looked her over. He always had hunger in his eyes when he gazed at her, but this was different.

It felt like he was planning to devour her. When he ordered her to take off the dress, she had one moment of indecision. Did she really want this? It wasn’t too late to change her mind. Then the dress came off almost on autopilot and she realized she’d already made her decision.

And then the spanking. Finally. It was everything she’d dreamed of, if a little gentler than she’d expected. When she fantasized about punishment, she pictured being spanked hard and fast until she sobbed and begged him to stop.

This wasn’t punishment. It was more like foreplay but towards the end she forgot about that. The last ones did feel punishing, and she got a taste of what she’d been dreaming of and knew she wanted more.
